

From the vineyard to the table
Production: maximum 100quintals of grapes be hectare, egual to
65 hl.of wine.
The wineyards are grown in grope spalliers
and small trees (about 20 hectare) according to biological methods (EEC-Regul.
N°2092/91). We bring onto the market a wine quality obtained from biological
varieties of grapes.
Vintage is carried out exclusively by accurately
hand picking the grapes. the latter is guided to the machine separating
grapes from must through special bands
