From the vineyard to the table
The fram has 3 wine cellars of its own, fully equipped with rational
installations for wine -making and bottling. The careful and keen management
of the Cortese family stands surety for the high quality of the wines.
It is worth mentioning in the first place the ancient and noble Sicilian
wine "Ceras.di Vittoria" DOC, that the Cortese family produces since
70 years.
They make this wine with the most care according to the traditional
methods and using grapes of the varieties "Frappato di Vittoria" (40%)
and "Nero d'Avola"(60%). The "Cerasuolo" is bottled only after it underwent
a 2 years refining in tanks stainless steel and later in barrels made
of Slavonia oak .
